Can you get a part you don’t stock?
Usually, yes. We order from our suppliers and confirm the price and an estimated arrival before placing the order.
Can you install what I buy?
Yes. Choose “Have our service team install it” on the request form, or book the work on our Service & Parts page.
Do you ship?
Most parts, yes. Shipping is quoted with your order. Oversize and hazardous items may be pickup only.
What’s your return policy?
Unused parts in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days with a receipt. Special-order and electrical parts may not be returnable — ask before you order.
